Satellite Output allows you to send ripped files in a compressed format to a remote site ensuring 100% data integrity. Original source, preview, proof and film/plate files can be transmitted anywhere in the world as one package.

Archiving is very easy using our transfer device technology. All the elements of a job (original PostScript/PDF, preview, proof and film/plate files) are encapsulated into one file that can be sent the an archiving folder. This file can then be queued at a later time for quick re-output of all or just specific pages/plates within the job.

Multitasking allows you to increase your productivity by performing multiple task simultaneously. As an example you could output to two inkjet devices, one filmsetter, rip a job for plates and print a job from you design station all at the same time. This is the ultimate way to maximize your investments.

Automatic Maintenance eliminates the need to manually delete jobs from the system. This ensures that you will never run out of disk space while allowing to keep jobs on your system for a specific amount of time.

Connectivity is easy since we run under WindowsNT/2000. Macintosh, PC and Unix workstations can easily send jobs to Dispatch-it. We can broadcast workflow queues as LaserWriter chooser devices for easy integration into your current workflow.

Font Management is very sophisticated with the support for Type 1 (ASCII/Binary) and TrueType fonts from Mac or PC. You can load fonts from both platforms and arrange them into libraries that can be selected at will. Substitution fonts can also be user selected on a per job basis. This help eleviates most of the font problems encountered when dealing with rips.

Halftone Screening technology built into Dispatch-it is highly sophisticated. It includes award winning AGFA Balanced Screening, for tradional offset and flexographic work

Print-Once technology reduces the possibility for operator errors. From one print session on the design workstation you can get soft proofs, digital color proofs and films/plates. Since proofing is done with pre-separated file application trapping and proper color space for images can be verified.

Job Logging helps you keep track of all the tasks that are performed on a job. Statistics, warning and error messages are kept in a separate log for each job within the system.

Off The Shelf Hardware means inexpensive maintenance and easy upgradability of your system. Also reduces the possibility of down time, since parts are widely available.

Easy GUI reduces the learning curves for operators. Most of the important features are grouped within one window, yielding quickest access to vital information.

DigiBlue™ technology emulates "blueline" output on photographic paper. You can make "blueline" ouput without having to make films and going thru the registration process. Thus saving considerable production time and reducing costs, especially if errors are discovered on the "blueline".

SimDot™ technology simulates halftone screening on color proofing devices. Allowing to view the effects of halftone dots and rosettes on digital color proofs, i.e.: inkjet printer output.

Plug-Ins are available to extend the capabilities of your Dispatch-it system. Some of them are for additional file formats that can be processed like TIFF,TIFF-IT others are to enhance output like MediaOptimizer which can maximime media usage.
